What should I wear for my first boxing session?

It’s best to wear light, breathable sportswear and supportive footwear to ensure comfort during the workout.

Do I need any boxing experience before joining?

No experience is required. We offer classes for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, for your first class, boxing gloves and hand wraps will be provided. Just come in your workout attire.

Is personal training available?

Yes, you can book one-on-one sessions with our professional trainers for a personalized boxing experience.

How often are the sessions?
